Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers to work from a distribution centre in Erith or Dartford. Flexible shifts with DAYS or NIGHTS, weekend work and ongoing agency assignments offering competitive pay.

Typical shifts include AM (£20.00) and PM (£23.00) rates with early starts 04:00–08:00 and nights 16:00–21:00. Role involves delivering to stores, 2–4 deliveries per shift, using caged goods to loading bays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months Class 1 (C+E) driving experience.
• Maximum 6 penalty points; no major endorsements.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Successful completion of a driving assessment before starting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to stores.
• Complete 2–4 store deliveries per shift.
• Deliveries with caged goods to loading bays.
• Ensure deliveries are safe, efficient and on time.
• Carry out vehicle checks and follow company procedures.

We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to work from the aDistribution Centre in Erith OR Dartford. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for ongoing work with competitive pay rates.

Pay Rates

• AM Shifts: £20.00 per hour
• PM Shifts: £23.00 per hour
• Days - start times between 04:00 - 08:00 START TIMES
• Nights start times between 16:00 - 21:00 START TIMES

The Role

• Delivering goods to stores.
• Completing 2-4 store deliveries per shift.
• Deliveries are made using caged goods to store loading bays.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Carrying out all required vehicle checks and adhering to company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 MONTHS -Class 1 (Category C+E) driving experience.
• Maximum 6 penalty points (no major endorsements).
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Successful completion of a driving assessment before starting.
