Job summary

Sharpsmart, part of Daniels Health, is seeking a customer-focused Class 1 driver to service our healthcare clients across the Northern region. You will deliver and collect clinical waste bins and sharps containers, and interact with site staff on arrival.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, keeping the vehicle clean, and following CPC/ADR guidance where applicable. There are opportunities for overtime and a stable, non-seasonal schedule with 2pm starts.

Qualifications

• Must have Full UK Driving Licence (Class 1).
• CPC qualification is required.
• ADR (preferred).
• Experience driving in healthcare/waste management is advantageous.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting clinical waste bins and sharps containers from customers across the Northern region.
• Safely loading and unloading the vehicle and ensuring it is clean and safe to drive.
• Interacting with customers on arrival to sites and maintaining professional conduct.
• Adhering to regulatory requirements and company safety policies; overtime may be available.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class 1 license and to utilize your experience with our healthcare customers.

• Delivering and collecting clinical waste bins & sharps containers from customers across the Northern region
• Safelyunloadingand loading the vehicle
• Interacting with customers on arrival to sites
• Makingsure your vehicle is clean and safe to drive
• Full UK Driving & Class 1 License
• CPC
• Experience of driving within a similar environment
• A flexible, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• ADR (preferred)
