Job summary

A&G Resourcing Ltd in Chepstow is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for a temp-to-perm role with day shifts and a 4 on/4 off pattern. Early starts and strong earning potential once permanent are highlighted in the opportunity.

Temporary roles offer day shifts with earnings from £17–£21 per hour (PAYE/holiday pay options) and umbrella payments. Permanent earnings can reach up to £50,000 per year. Immediate starts available for qualified drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence and CPC card are essential.
• Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience is required.
• General haulage experience is preferred.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods and materials to multiple locations safely.
• Ensure loads are correctly secured and compliant with regulations.
• Follow traffic laws and company procedures at all times.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
