Job summary

The Thrive Group near Tarleton is seeking HGV Class 1 drivers for day, night and tramper shifts. You will operate flatbed or refrigerated trucks delivering produce nationwide, completing paperwork, and maintaining safety standards.

Induction will be provided with opportunities to work across regional routes. Requirements include a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license with minimal points, proven driving experience, route planning, load security, and flexibility for early starts or overnights as

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Proven experience as a commercial driver.
• Ability to plan routes and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to start early, finish late, or stay overnight.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles with focus on flatbed and refrigerated transportation of produce.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Drive regional or national routes while following traffic laws.
• Complete delivery documentation and liaise with dispatch.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report faults promptly.
• Adhere to hours-of-service regulations.
