Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking skilled HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for trunking between national depots. Shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends with ongoing temporary work into 2026.

You will complete vehicle checks, pass DBS & CPC/Tachograph requirements, and maintain top safety. Onsite Pertemps support accompanies weekly pay, holiday accrual and pension, plus options for preferred shifts after assessment.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 / C+E licence (held for 1+ years)
• 180+ days of Class 1 driving in last 2 years
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card valid
• Max 6 points on licence
• Able to pass vetting & DBS checks

Responsibilities

The Job

• Trunking between Royal Mail depots

What You Need

• Valid HGV Class 1 / C+E licence (held for 1+ years)
  
• A valid and in date CPC + Digital Tachograph card
  
• 180+ days of Class 1 driving experience in the last 2 years
  
• Max 6 points on your licence
  
• Able to pass vetting & DBS checks
