CTS Logistics in Reading is seeking professional HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a specialist transport operation based in Reading, UK. You will join a trusted team focused on safety, reliability and customer service, with opportunities for overtime and progression within a long-term career.

The role requires a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC, and a willingness to work a 50-hour week with possible overnight stays and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence and Driver CPC required.
• Digital Tachograph Card must be held.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, early starts and late finishes.
• Experience transporting specialist, high-value or regulated goods.

Responsibilities

• Carry out deliveries throughout the UK safely and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of safety, security, reliability and attention to detail.
• Complete vehicle checks and relevant documentation; ensure legal compliance.
• Work to planned schedules while adapting to changing operational requirements.
• Represent CTS professionally at customer sites and provide top-notch service.
