Job summary

Drivers Today is seeking professional HGV drivers for long-term, full-time work in Tamworth, Staffordshire. You will drive HGV Class 1/C+E vehicles, including curtain-sided fleet, performing deliveries and collections on local, regional and distance routes with Monday to Friday day shifts.

Immediate starts available and LTD company drivers are welcome. You’ll have a valid HGV Class 1/C+E licence, Driver CPC and a Digital Tachograph Card.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 / Category C+E Licence.
• Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience with curtain-sided vehicles and general haulage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 / C+E vehicles delivering and collecting goods.
• Operate curtain-sided vehicles and conduct general haulage tasks.
• Manage local, regional and distance runs.
• Work Monday to Friday, dayshift.
• Represent Drivers Today and our customers to a high standard.
