Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers in Tamworth to transport car parts to dealerships. Night shifts with start times between 18:00 and 04:00 are available, with regular routes and between two and five drops per shift.

Full-time, part-time and weekend work is on offer, with shift and route allocation based on your preferred start-time window and regular set routes.

Qualifications

• At least six months’ HGV driving experience.
• Aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
• Valid HGV Class C+E licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than six penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Transport car parts to dealerships on regular routes.
• Carry out night shifts with start times between 18:00 and 04:00.
• Complete between two and five drops per shift.
• Follow shift and route allocations based on start-time window.
• Adhere to safe driving practices and company policies.

Shifts Available

• Regular night shifts with start times between 18:00pm and 4:00am
• Shift and route allocation based on your preferred start-time window
• Regular set routes
• Full-time work available Sunday to Friday
• Part-time shifts with days to suit
• Weekend-only work available

Pay Rate

• Nights: £19.64 per hour

Requirements

• At least six months’ HGV driving experience
• Aged 21 or over for insurance purposes
• Valid HGV Class C+E licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than six penalty points

This role may be particularly suitable for drivers based in Tamworth, Nuneaton, Solihull, Coventry, North Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
