Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Rugby is recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our growing operation. You will carry out safe deliveries to customer premises across the UK, with self-tipping where needed, and be part of a stable, well-backed logistics leader.

We offer guaranteed earnings, a competitive basic salary paid fortnightly, pension, holiday entitlement and ongoing CPC training. Shift patterns include 5 on 3 off days or nights, with 4-hour start windows to maintain flexibility.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 1 licence.
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Experience in chilled distribution is advantageous.
• Minimum 12 months HGV Class 1 experience preferred, but we will consider drivers with less experience.
• Good record keeping and a professional, safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safe, professional deliveries to customer premises across the UK.
• Collecting and delivering to distribution centres, cash and carry sites and customer locations.
• Completing vehicle checks and following all legal and compliance requirements.
• Securing loads and completing required paperwork and electronic updates.
• Working with single deck and double deck trailers; self-tipping where needed.
• Representing Culina Group professionally at customer sites.

Rugby | Basic Salary up to £48,244.30 | Permanent, Full-Time

We’re recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our growing Rugby operation supporting some of the UK's leading bakery brands. Shift patterns available

• 5 on 3 off Days
• 5 on 3 off Nights

What you’ll be doing:

• Carry out safe, professional deliveries to customer premises across the UK.
• Collecting and delivering to distribution centres, cash and carry sites and customer locations
• Completing vehicle checks and following all legal and compliance requirements
• Securing loads and completing required paperwork and electronic updates
• Working with both single deck and double deck trailers
• Carrying self-tipping and loading-related activity where required
• Representing Warrens and Culina Group professionally at customer sites
• 4 hour start windows to ensure flexibilities to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 1 licence
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• Previous HGV driving experience within chilled distribution would be advantageous
• Ideally will need a minimum of 12 months HGV Class 1 experience. We will consider drivers with less experience
• Good record keeping including manual entries.
• A professional, reliable and safety-focused approach
• Confidence working with varied delivery points, tight yards and customer site procedures
• Willingness to complete manual elements of the role, including self-tipping where needed
• A positive can-do attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
• Ability to communicate with multiple teams via different interfaces
