The Lockwood Group in Sutton-in-Ashfield, United Kingdom, is hiring a Class 1 HGV driver on a 4 on/4 off days schedule. Expect an average of 48 hours per week (based on a 26-week reference period) with a base weekly rate of £647.50 (about 3.5 shifts) and extra shifts paid at £185 each. A performance bonus up to £2,400 per year is available.

We offer funded CPC training, a pension, and full PPE/uniform, plus 20 days annual leave. A dedicated driver assessors team provides training and mentorship.

Formación

• Fully qualified HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with valid CPC and Digi card.
• Safe driving record with knowledge of Tachograph and WTD rules.
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate as a Class 1 driver on 4 on/4 off days schedule.
• Deliver goods with a focus on timely, professional service.
• Use tech tools like electronic POD and walk-around checks.
• Maintain accurate communication with Transport team.
