Culina Group is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers in Lutterworth for a permanent, full-time role delivering across the UK. The job offers a 4 on 4 off pattern with various start times, including nights and days, and overtime opportunities to boost earnings.

You will perform safe deliveries to customer sites, occasional store/depot transfers, load/unload, complete paperwork and PODs, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with the Transport Office.

Qualifications

• Possession of LGV Class C+E Licence and valid DCPC.
• Minimum 6 months experience driving Class 1 (preferred).
• Full UK Driving Licence and clean driving record.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and under pressure.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and drivers' hours rules.

Responsabilités

• Carry out safe, professional deliveries to customer premises across the UK.
• Mix of store and depot deliveries with some manual handling.
• Load and unload where required with baskets and trolleys.
• Report delays or issues to the Transport team at shift start.
• Complete paperwork and sign PODs for return to Transport Office.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards and tachograph rules.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Maintain professional behaviour and customer service at all times.
