Job summary

The Culina Group's CML division is recruiting professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our Lutterworth team, supporting a busy transport operation delivering to key retail customers across the UK. This permanent role offers a stable full-time position with a 4 on 4 off pattern, nights or days, and shift windows from 00:30 to 04:30 or 08:00–15:00, with additional weekend options.

You will carry out safe deliveries, load/unload, complete PODs, and maintain high standards of safety and customer

Qualifications

• Must hold LGV Class C+E Licence and DCPC.
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Professional and reliable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, professional deliveries to customer premises across the UK.
• Mix of store and depot deliveries; some routes involve manual tasks.
• Load and unload where required; handle baskets and trolleys.
• Report delays or discrepancies to Transport team at start of shift.
• Complete PODs and paperwork accurately; return to Transport Office.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards; manage tachograph rules.
• Maintain professional behaviour and customer service at all times.
• Communicate with Transport Office / Customer Services regularly.
