Job summary

Kinaxia Carlisle is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join their growing team. You'll deliver and collect goods while upholding safety and excellent customer service throughout your journey.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• In-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of EU Driver Hours and Road Transport Regulations.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work safely, independently and responsibly.
• Minimum 12 months UK HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points; no TT, DD, or DR endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Completing customer deliveries and collections across various locations.
• Operating HGV Class 1 vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Conducting daily vehicle safety checks using our mobile app.
• Reporting any vehicle defects promptly.
• Maintaining regular communication with the Transport Team regarding delays, incidents, or operational issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all driver hours, road transport, and health and safety regulations.
• Representing Kinaxia professionally when interacting with customers and colleagues.
