Job summary

CML team in Telford is seeking professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our logistics operation, delivering ambient and chilled goods to key retail customers across the UK. This permanent full-time role offers stability and the chance to work within a supportive transport team that values safe driving, reliability and high professional standards.

The job features a 3 on/4 off night shift pattern (Friday to Sunday, first shift starting Thursday night) with start windows between 18:00 and 23:00.

Qualifications

• Possession of LGV Class C+E Licence and valid DCPC.
• Minimum 6 months experience driving LGV.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV Class 1 vehicles delivering ambient and chilled products to UK retailers.
• Maintain safe driving standards and comply with road transport regulations.
• Represent the company professionally while on the road.
• Collaborate with transport team to ensure timely deliveries.

We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our CML team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK.

This is a permanent day driving role offering full-time stability, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted logistics operation. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.

Shift patterns available

• This role is a 3 on 4 off Night shift pattern working Friday, Saturday, Sunday (First shift starting Thursday Night!)
• Start Windows between 18:00 - 23:00

Our 3 on, 4 off shift pattern provides extended periods of rest, greater flexibility, and an outstanding work-life balance, making it ideal for those who value quality time outside of work.

Due to the nature of the products being delivered, our drivers will have 3 hour start windows to ensure they are flexible depending on volume

Salary: £30256.34 basic with opportunity for OTE with shift and overtime allowance

Qualifications
