Culina Group is recruiting professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to support our CML team in Telford. This permanent day driving role offers full-time stability and the chance to be part of a trusted logistics operation.

You will join a supportive transport team committed to safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards. Shift patterns include a 3 on, 4 off cycle with start windows between 14:00–18:00.

Qualifications

• Possession of LGV Class C+E Licence and valid DCPC.
• Minimum 6 months experience driving LGV.
• Full UK Driving License.

We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our CML team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK. This is a permanent day driving role offering full-time stability, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted logistics operation. Shift patterns available

• This role is a 3 on 4 off shift pattern working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Start Windows between 14:00 - 18:00

Our 3 on, 4 off shift pattern provides extended periods of rest, greater flexibility, and an outstanding work-life balance, making it ideal for those who value quality time outside of work.

Due to the nature of the products being delivered, our drivers will have 3 hour start windows to ensure they are flexible depending on volume.

Salary: £28867.32 basic with opportunity for OTE with shift and overtime allowance

What we're looking for:

• Possession of LGV Class C+E Licence and valid DCPC
