Job summary

CML is seeking professional HGV Class 1 drivers to join our team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK. This permanent day driving role offers stability and a chance to be part of a trusted logistics operation with a focus on safe driving and high standards.

The role features a 3 on 4 off shift pattern including nights, with start windows between 18:00–23:00 and a base salary of £30,256.34, plus overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possession of LGV Class C+E Licence and valid DCPC.
• Minimum 6 months experience driving LGV.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries to key retail customers across the UK as part of our CML team in Telford.
• Join a supportive transport team and uphold safe driving and high professional standards.
• Represent the business professionally on the road.

We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our CML team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK.

This is a permanent day driving role offering full-time stability, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted logistics operation. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.

• This role is a 3 on 4 off Night shift pattern working Friday, Saturday, Sunday (First shift starting Thursday Night!)
• Start Windows between 18:00 - 23:00

Our 3 on, 4 off shift pattern provides extended periods of rest, greater flexibility, and an outstanding work-life balance, making it ideal for those who value quality time outside of work.

Due to the nature of the products being delivered, our drivers will have 3 hour start windows to ensure they are flexible depending on volume

Salary: £30256.34 basic with opportunity for OTE with shift and overtime allowance

Qualifications
