Job summary

Staffline recruits HGV Class 1 drivers for a major client in Wellingborough. The role offers trunking and store deliveries with ongoing, regular work across multiple local sites. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years HGV Class 1 experience, no more than 6 penalty points, and hold a valid Digi Tachograph card and DQC.

Job description

Staffline is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for our well-known client based in Wellingborough.

PAYE Rates for the Role of HGV Class 1 Driver:

• Flat Rate - £18.81 per hour
• After 45 hours - £23.31 per hour
• 6th Shift - £28.00 per hour (minimum 6 hours paid)
• Shift Premium - £23.95 per hour (for any shifts starting between 17:00 - 21:00)

Minimum shift payment: 8 hours (6 hours for 6th shift).

Start Times:

• 06:00 - 10:00
• 17:00 - 21:00

Your Time at Work

As a Class 1 HGV Driver, your duties will include trunking and store delivery work. This role offers ongoing, regular work with a reputable client. In addition to this site, work is also available at other local sites, ensuring consistent opportunities.
