Job summary

Omega in Warrington is seeking Class 1 HGV drivers for store deliveries across the UK. The role involves daytime and night shifts with full training provided to handle roll cages using tail lifts and self-tipping.

Applicants must hold a valid C&E licence with at least 12 months in C&E work, have up to 6 points, and DCPC. A good understanding of EU driver hours and WTR rules is essential, along with health and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 12 months in C&E work)
• No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence
• DCPC Valid card for Driver CPC card
• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
• Enjoy working with people at the stores
• Health & Safety awareness
• Minimal infringements on your Tachograph card

Responsibilities

• Deliver to stores across the UK network.
• Move roll cages from trailer to store using tail lifts and self-tip.
• Maintain professional conduct with store staff and customers.

Days £22.65 / £25.38 (w hol pay inc)

Nights £26.75 / £30.20 (w hol pay inc)

Having worked with this client for over 15 years, we are proud to partner with them to supply agency drivers to them directly.

Our client is looking for professional drivers to deliver to their stores across their UK network. Experience in retail / multidrop would be advantageous but not essential, as they provide full training. Drivers will use tail lifts to move roll cages from the trailer to store and will self-tip.

Here’s the criteria to apply:

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 12 months in C&E work)

• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card
• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
