Adapt Logistics is seeking Class 1 HGV drivers for days and nights delivering to stores across the UK. Roles involve multidrop, tail lift use, and self-tipping; full training will be provided.

Shifts are 4 on 4 off with set start times: days 10:00/11:00, nights 22:00/23:00/00:00. Applicants must hold a valid C+E licence with at least 6 months in C+E work, have no more than six points, hold a DCPC card, and understand EU driver hours and WTR rules.

Qualifications

• C&E licence held with minimum 6 months in C&E work.
• Max 6 minor points on licence.
• DCPC card essential and knowledge of EU driver hours and WTR rules.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with store staff and Health & Safety aware.

Responsabilités

• Deliver to stores across the UK network with tail lifts and self-tipping.
• Ongoing, consistent work with 4-on/4-off shifts.

Class 1 HGV Drivers Days and Nights - Store Deliveries (Cat C+E)

£21.00 or £23.53 inc hol pay Days

£22.50 or £25.22 inc hol pay Nights

We have 4on 4off shifts with the following set start times which will be ongoing. After 12 weeks, the client will employ you directly: -

DAYS 10:00 /11:00

NIGHTS 22:00 / 23:00 / 00:00

Delivering to their stores across their UK network. Experience in retail / multidrop would be advantageous but not essential, as they provide full training. Drivers will use tail lifts to move roll cages from the trailer to store and will self-tip. Ongoing, consistent work.

Here is what the clients’ criteria is to work here:-

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 6 months in C&E work)
• No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence
• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card
• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
• Enjoy working with people at the stores
• Health & Safety awareness

Our drivers can expect Hourly PAYE rates and have the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot to be paid when they are on holiday.
