Job summary

Pertemps is seeking skilled HGV Drivers (Class 1) for ongoing work in Warrington. Successful candidates will be responsible for loading and unloading parcels and driving various types of trailers. An excellent hourly wage ranging from £19.98 to £22.89 is offered, along with flexible shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving HGV vehicles.
• Recent Class 1 driving within the last 6 months.
• No more than 6 points on license.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading cages of letters/parcels.
• Driving double and single decker trailers.
• Involved in pushing/pulling on double deck trailers.

Pertemps is currently recruiting HGV 1 / LGV 1 / Class 1 / C+E drivers to work out of our client based in Warrington.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to various depots

Responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading cages of letters/parcels
• Involved in pushing/pulling on double deck trailers
• Driving double and single decker trailers

Candidate specifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving HGV vehicles, with recent Class 1 driving within the last 6 months
• Valid C+E entitlement, CPC card, and Digi Card
• No more than 6 points on license

Details of the role:

• Monday to Sunday operation
• Average 10-12 hour shifts
• AM/PM start times available
• Regular and ongoing work

Pay rates: Starting at £19.98 per hour up to £22.89 per hour (PAYE rates)
