Job summary

Driver Require is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) drivers for a client based in Grange Park, Northampton (NN4). The role offers pay rates from £22.41 to £25.78 per hour, with 10 hours guaranteed pay and regular shifts across days, nights and weekends.

Duties include store deliveries (typically 5–8 per shift), trunking on night shifts, and early morning, afternoon and night rotations. Two years' HGV Class 1 experience and a valid licence are required; tachograph rules and road safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' HGV Class 1 / C+E driving experience.
• A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Good knowledge of tachograph legislation and drivers' hours regulations.
• Maximum 6 points on your driving licence.
• No DD, DR, IN or other major endorsements.
• Reliable, professional and hardworking attitude.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Salary: GBP22.41 - GBP25.78 per hour

Driver Requireis recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers for our client based in Grange Park, Northampton (NN4).

Pay Rates

• Monday–Friday Days: £20.00 per hour + holiday pay = £22.41 per hour
• Monday–Friday Nights: £21.00 per hour + holiday pay = £23.53 per hour
• Saturday: £22.00 per hour + holiday pay = £24.66 per hour
• Sunday: £23.00 per hour + holiday pay = £25.78 per hour
• 10 hours guaranteed pay

The Role
