Job description

We are currently recruiting for Class 1 (C+E) HGV drivers for our client based in Newton Abbot, on an ongoing basis for day shifts. This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on client requirements.

Responsibilities include making deliveries to stores in Devon and Cornwall during day shifts, or collecting caged goods from Avonmouth / South Wales depot before returning to Newton Abbot. Drivers are expected to maintain vehicle cleanliness at the end of each shift.

Shift times typically start from 0500hrs for day shifts and 1700hrs for night shifts, if required.

About the job:

• £14.62 – £21.94 per hour PAYE ADV – Days (other PAYE models available)
• £15.59 – £23.39 per hour PAYE ADV – Nights (other PAYE models available)
• Working days include Monday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays.
• Weekly pay.

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
