Job description

We are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a leading logistics and transport company based in Macclesfield.

As part of the logistics team, you will be responsible for making deliveries and collections in a HGV Class 1 vehicle.

Working Hours and Pay:

• Monday-Friday, start times between 0600 - 0730
• £15.50 per hour and £18.50 per hour Umbrella
• Overtime after 8 hours: £17 per hour PAYE and £20 Umbrella

Job Role:

• Driving a HGV Class 1 vehicle with curtainsided trailers
• Making deliveries and collections across the Northwest
• Multidrop work - up to 8 drops depending on location
• Delivering to RDCs, warehouses, and businesses
• Some unloading may be required

Skills & Experience:

• HGV Class 1 licence, Digi, and CPC card
• At least 2 years of HGV Class 1 experience
• No more than 6 points on your license
