Job summary

Workchain is recruiting an experienced Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our client’s growing operation in the Cheshire / North West. This role offers Monday to Friday work with regular nights out and weekly pay.

You will drive Curtainsiders and containers, with start times between 4:00am and 6:00am, earning £17–£18 per hour plus a £25 night-out allowance, paid weekly on Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Good knowledge of drivers hours and road transport regulations.
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach.
• Comfortable with regular nights out.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries to a variety of customers and clients.
• Some deliveries and collections at docks.
• Vehicles and loads include curtainsiders and containers.
• Full briefing and instructions provided before each run.
• Start times between 4:00am and 6:00am.
• Approximately 4 nights out per week.

The Role
