Job summary

Grafters Recruit Ltd is seeking HGV / Class 1 drivers to operate from our client's site in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on an ongoing basis with immediate starts available. You will drive a boxed heavy goods vehicle and complete trunk runs between depots.

Shifts typically run AM and PM, with an ideal 11am to 4pm window. We guarantee at least 9.5 hours per shift, offer free on-site parking, and provide a positive, supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• CE licence required.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• DIGI and CPC Card required.
• Minimum 3 months driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a boxed heavy goods vehicle.
• Complete trunk runs between depots.
• Ensure paperwork and logs are completed accurately.
• Conduct vehicle checks and report defects.

Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE Drivers to work out of our client's premises in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on an ongoing basis with immediate starts available.

For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will be responsible for:

• Driving a boxed heavy good vehicle.
• Completing trunk runs, depot to depot.
• Ensuring all paperwork and logs are completed accurately.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects.

For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will need:

• CE licence.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• No more than 6 points.
• DIGI and CPC Card.
• Minimum 3 months experience

• Competitive hourly rate - £15.66PH - £35.28PH.
• AM and PM work available - 11am -1600 is ideal

• Minimum 9.5hrs guaranteed per shift, even if you do less.
