Job summary

Connect Driver Solutions Ltd in Cumbernauld is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our distribution client. You will undertake store deliveries and collections across a retail network, including unloading palletised stock using a powered pallet truck and tail lift.

Weekly pay at £21.85 per hour with early morning starts between 2am and 6am and 5 days on 3 days off or any 5 days out of 7. Regular overtime available.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with at least 6 months' driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 points and no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes.

Responsibilities

• Undertake store deliveries and collections across a retail network.
• Unload palletised stock using powered pallet truck and tail lift.
• Complete vehicle safety inspections and maintain professional driving standards.

To be considered as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 6 months' driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
