Job summary

Adapt Logistics Recruitment is sourcing HGV Class 1 Drivers for a Warrington based general haulage client. The role requires a minimum of 12 months Class 1 experience, curtain-sider deliveries and collections, and adherence to EU drivers hours and WTR rules.

Shifts are approximately 10 hours. PAYE rates start at £17.00 per hour with a higher rate of £19.05 per hour including holiday pay, on Mon–Fri days.

Qualifications

Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 12 months in C&E work)
No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence
DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card
Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
Health & Safety awareness

Responsibilities

Deliveries and collections as part of day haulage operations on curtainsiders
General haulage duties for a Warrington based client

Our Warrington based general haulage client is looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to start with them for regular, on going work. We need Class 1 Drivers that have a min 12 months experience to join them for Day general haulage curtainsider deliveries and collections.

A shift is approx. 10 hours.

MON - FRI DAYS £17.00ph?or £19.05ph?inc hol pay

Our drivers can expect Hourly PAYE rates and have the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot to be paid when they are on holiday.
