Job summary

Workchain seeks a skilled HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Tramper Driver for permanent, full-time work across multiple UK locations. You will transport up to 12 vehicles on modern car transporters, load/unload, and complete vehicle inspections prior to loading.

Tramping shifts are 4 on/4 off with optional Monday-Friday tramping on request. Full paid training provided; nationwide deliveries to dealerships, auctions, businesses, and events.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 (CE) Licence mandatory.
• Valid Driver CPC mandatory.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Car transporter experience is preferred but not essential; 6+ months experience recommended.
• Drivers with previous Class 1 tramping experience encouraged to apply.

Our well-known client, one of the UK's leading vehicle logistics companies, is looking to recruit HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Tramper Drivers across multiple locations.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year + £25 per night tax-free night out allowance + meal allowance (Weekly pay on a Thursday)

No Car Transporter Experience? No Problem!

If you hold a valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence and have an excellent driving record, this is your chance to break into the specialist world of car transportation.

Full paid training is provided by one of the UK's leading Car Transporter Training Academies.

The Role:
