Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics in Colchester is seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team. This role offers day shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend inclusions and a pay rate of £16.75 per hour. You will be delivering goods safely and efficiently, while adhering to all regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Digital tachograph card required
• Good communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy
• Arrive on time and keep the traffic office informed of issues
• Follow company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
• Complete deliveries and collections as scheduled
• Comply with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations
• Keep vehicle clean, tidy and well maintained

Your Role

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
