Job summary

Aspion Drivers is currently recruiting for Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (C) Night Drivers for a range of transport and logistics clients across Liverpool and Merseyside. The roles offer night shifts with various start times and competitive hourly rates, including ongoing temporary work and temp-to-perm opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous commercial HGV driving experience.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.
• Flexibility around different types of driving work is advantageous.
• Additional qualifications or experience may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Driving Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles safely and professionally.
• Completing deliveries and collections depending on the role.
• Working across a range of transport operations throughout Liverpool and Merseyside.
• Completing vehicle and safety checks.
• Ensuring loads are transported safely and securely.
• Completing required transport paperwork and delivery documentation.
• Following Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive and tachograph regulations.
• Maintaining a professional approach with customers and transport teams.
• Following all relevant company health and safety procedures.

The Job

Aspion Drivers are currently recruiting for Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (C) Night Drivers for a range of transport and logistics clients across Liverpool and Merseyside.

We have a variety of night driving opportunities available, from ongoing temporary work and adhoc shifts through to temp-to-perm positions.

The type of work will vary depending on the client and role, with opportunities including general haulage, trunking, RDC deliveries, containers, multidrop and other HGV driving work.

What We Need

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous commercial HGV driving experience.
