Jack Richards & Son Ltd is recruiting a professional Class 1 (C+E) Tramper for a Monday–Friday shift in Boston. You will join a dedicated fleet, delivering curtainside loads across the UK while adhering to legal and safety standards.

The role requires a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, UK tachograph card, and CPC (DQC) card, plus 6 months of relevant experience. A competitive salary is offered with a fuel bonus and enhanced rates after 10 hours on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with UK tachograph card and CPC (DQC) card.
• At least 6 months' Commercial Class 1 driving experience.
• Experience with Curtainside trailers.
• Commitment to safety and Highway Code compliance.
• Able to work Mon to Fri as tramper.

We are currently looking to hire a professional Class 1 (C+E) Tramper.

** We will consider applications from Drivers with at least 6 months’ Commercial Class 1 (C+E) Driving experience **

Required Experience:

• Curtainside Trailers

** You must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, hold a UK digital tachograph card and a full DQC (CPC card) **

Role involves:

• Ensuring vehicles comply with legal requirements, reporting issues to your DC team
• Ensure the security and accuracy of delivery of the loads in your charge
• Following delivery instructions accurately and effectively
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.
• Mon to Fri Tramper: c. £51,300 + Bonus
