Job summary

Solvit Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver (Tramper) for a full-time role in Bootle. The position covers nationwide UK deliveries of solvents, with a night-out premium and a regular 56-hour week on weekdays.

Overtime applies after 40 hours and a comprehensive benefits package is offered. Candidates must hold ADR/Tankers certificates, CPC and Tachograph, and have 2 years of C&E experience, plus excellent oral and written communication.

Qualifications

• In date ADR & Tankers certificate.
• CPC and Tacho.
• No DR, DD, TT or IN10.

Responsibilities

• Deliver throughout the UK with solvent loads.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

Solvit Recruitment are looking for HGV Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver Tramper. Fantastic opportunity for a full-time role. Yearly average from £51,792 Night out £5449.60 (tax free). Temp 2 Perm. Location Bootle.

Working Monday to Friday start time from 04:00. Depending on driving hours weekends also available at a premium rate. Average Monday to Friday 56 Hours per week.

Working for a UK market leader for hazardous and specialist waste who operates a Total Waste Management division, which offers a full-service solution from site visits and sampling to container supply and transportation.

You will be delivering throughout the UK and will be an experienced tanker driver, your load will consist of solvents. Ensuring full compliance with all current regulations concerning the transportation of hazardous waste materials.

Requirements

• Perform pre-trip and post trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Tanker driver experience.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication oral and written.
• Complete all paperwork.
• 2 years C&E experience.
• In date ADR & Tankers certificate.
