Job summary

Pertemps Newcastle is seeking a HGV Class 1 ADR Bulk Driver to join our UK client, the leading industrial gas supplier. You will perform bulk deliveries by HGV Class 1 (C+E) to customers and follow strict health and safety procedures, with a paid induction and on-site training after assessment.

The role is temporary/ongoing and full-time with rotating day and night shifts across a 7-day operation. A valid Tank ADR (classification 2) and a clean license (max 6 points, no CU80, DD, IN10 or DR10)

Qualifications

• A valid ADR licence with Tank classification (2) is essential.
• HGV entitlement held for a minimum of 3 years for insurance purposes.
• Driving licence must have ≤6 points and must not include CU80, DD, IN10 or DR10 endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HGV Class 1 ADR bulk loads to customers.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures as directed by the client.
• Attend driving assessment and interview; complete paid site induction and one-to-one training.

As an HGV Class 1 ADR Bulk Driver your duties will include:

• HGV C+EBulk delivery of gases to customers.
• Adhering to strict Health & Safety operations as directed by the client.
• Candidates will attend a driving assessment & interview process with the client prior toselection, if successful you will receive full paid site induction and one-to-one training.

To be successful as a HGV Class 1 ADR Bulk Driver you will have the following skills and experience:

• A validin dateADR licence with classification 2 (in Tanks) is essential
• Have held theHGVentitlement for a minimum of 3 years, for insurance purposes.
• Driving licence must not exceed 6 points or include CU80, DD, IN10 or DR10 endorsements, for insurance purposes.
• This is a temporary (ongoing) position on a full time basis, shift patterns over a 7 day a week operation.

Salary:A starting salary of£19.30 per hour Days & £24.39 per hour Nights
