Job summary

Pertemps Reading is recruiting an HGV Class 1 ADR Bulk Driver for a large blue-chip client based in Thame, Oxfordshire. You will perform bulk gas deliveries by C+E, adhering to Health & Safety and client protocols.

The role is temporary (ongoing) and full-time, with day and night shifts on a 7-day operation. A valid ADR Class 2 (tanks) licence and HGV entitlement with clean points are essential. Training and paid site induction provided.

Qualifications

• Valid ADR licence with classification 2 (Tanks) is essential.
• HGV entitlement held for at least 3 years for insurance purposes.
• Driving licence must have 6 points or fewer and must not include CU80, DD, IN10 or DR10 endorsements.

HGV Class 1 ADR Bulk Driver

Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for HGV Class 1 ADR Bulk Driver to work for a large blue-chip company based in Thame, Oxfordshire. The company is the largest supplier of industrial gases in the United Kingdom.

As an HGV Class 1 ADR Bulk Driver your duties will include:

• HGV C+E Bulk delivery of gases to customers.
• Adhering to strict Health & Safety operations as directed by the client.
• Candidates will attend a driving assessment & interview process with the client prior to selection, if successful you will receive full paid site induction and one-to-one training on-site.

To be successful as a HGV Class 1 ADR Bulk Driver you will have the following skills and experience:

• A valid in date ADR licence with classification 2 (in Tanks) are essential
• Have held the HGV entitlement for a minimum of 3 years, for insurance purposes;
• Driving licence must not exceed 6 points or include CU80, DD, IN10 or DR10 endorsements, for insurance purposes
• This is a temporary (ongoing) position on a full time basis, Days & Night shift patterns over a 7 day a week operation.

Salary:

A starting salary of £19.30 per hour Days & £24.39 per hour Nights plus weekend allowances.
