Job summary

Sure Call Recruitment & AFE Recruitment is seeking HGV Class 1 and 2 drivers for Islip, Thrapston, or Corby depots. You will trunk and multi‑drop, ensuring loads are transported securely between retail stores and depots.

Shifts are flexible with 8‑hour minimum pay guaranteed, and a £500 bonus paid after 6 weeks of service. Excellent benefits accompany joiners.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 license, CPC card, and Tachograph card.
• Minimum 1–2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record (maximum 6 points, no major endorsements).

Responsibilities

• Transport loads securely between retail stores and depot locations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and comply with driving regulations.
• Flexible shifts including Monday–Friday and weekends, at Islip, Thrapston, or Corby depots.

HGV Class 1 - £17.45 to £20.94 per hour

HGV Class 2 Driver - £15.34 to £18.91 per hour
