Vanta Staffing are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a variety of clients across the Slough and Reading areas. We have temporary day work available, with opportunities across transport and logistics. Whether you are looking for regular ongoing work or additional shifts to fit around your availability, we would like to hear from you.

Day shifts available with Monday to Friday opportunities. Locations include Slough and Reading, with temporary and ongoing assignments and flexible start times to

Qualifications

• Valid Category C+E driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• No DR or IN convictions.
• Previous HGV Class 1 driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completing allocated delivery and collection routes.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
• Ensuring loads transported safely and securely.
• Completing relevant paperwork.
• Following Drivers' Hours, Working Time and health & safety regulations.
• Representing our clients professionally while on the road.

Requirements of an HGV Class 1 Driver:

• Valid Category C+E driving licence
