Pertemps Sheffield seeks HGV Class C+E Drivers for DHL Ferrybridge in West Yorkshire. This temporary peak-season role is based at a national distribution centre in Ferrybridge.

Shifts span early, late morning and night starts, with rotas covering Wednesday to Sunday or Friday to Sunday. Holds a valid Class C+E licence with at least 6 months driving experience preferred; a clean licence and no more than six penalty points are desirable.

Qualifications

• HGV C+E licence with minimum 6 months driving experience.
• Licence with no more than 6 penalty points; free of endorsements such as DD/DR/IN10s.
• OPS35 (DHL) assessment desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Trunking work to RDCs across the UK.
• No handballing or lifting required.
• Open back doors and ensure loads are secured.
• Maintain a can-do attitude and safety-first driving practices.
• Complete daily delivery paperwork and log sheets.
• Attend fully paid induction after a successful driving assessment.

Pertemps Sheffield seeks HGV C+E Drivers Required DHL Ferrybridge WF10 for part-time, temporary peak-season cover. Based at a national distribution centre in Ferrybridge, West Yorkshire, drivers transport retail goods to RDC sites across the UK. Shifts span early, late morning and night starts, with rotas covering Wednesday to Sunday or Friday to Sunday. Holders of a valid Class C+E licence with relevant experience are needed. Pay ranges from £18.52 to £29.49 hourly, plus weekly wages, optional pension and holiday accrual. Flexible hours suit those wanting variable schedules.

Pertemps are working in partnership with DHL C/0 Tkmaxx (Ferrybridge) & have an exciting opportunity for HGV Class C+E Earlies/ late morning/Night Drivers Covering peak season, this would be to work out of a National Distribution Centre situated in Knottingley (Ferrybridge), West Yorkshire. This is Working on behalf of our client who specialise in the retail logistics industry and are global leaders in this field. Drivers will transport products to RDC Distribution centres throughout the UK.

• Driver 3: Wednesday - Sunday | Start time: 04:30
• Driver 4: Friday - Sunday | Start time: 10:00
• Driver 5: Friday - Sunday | Start time: 11:00
• Driver 6: Wednesday - Sunday | Start time: 20:00
• Driver 7: Tuesday - Saturday | Start time: 20:30
• Driver 8: Friday - Monday | Start time: 21:00
• Driver 9: Tuesday - Saturday | Start time: 21:30
• Driver 10: Saturday - Monday | Start time: 22:00
• Driver 11: Saturday - Monday | Start time: 22:30

Salary & Rates

In return the HGV C+E Drivers salary Monday to Friday rates Days - From 4am £18.52ph & £27.78ph Monday to Friday Nights - From 13:00pm £19.66ph & £29.49ph Saturday All Hours £23.19ph. Based on a minimum of 8hrs Flat Rates (Peak rate) this will change back to £19.19ph after December. Sunday All Hours: £23.19ph Based on a minimum of 8hrs Flat Rates Break Deductions of 45 mins taken after anything worked over 8hrs All Drivers pay rates are based on PAYE, we do not accept LTD or Umbrella companies.

Holiday Information

Holidays On top of the Hourly rate, you will accrue Holiday pay, which on average is based on 2 days a month on a 40hr week, Holidays are NOT paid in advance to make the rate look higher.

Skills / Experience

Hold an HGV C+E licence with a minimum of 6 months driving experience. A driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and free of endorsements such as DD's, DR's or IN10s. Possession of an OPS35 (DHL) assessment is desirable and would be advantageous. BUT not essential.
