Job summary

Wolseley Group is seeking a Delivery Driver for HGV (C) up to 18T covering Darlington. This full-time role runs 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, delivering to multiple customer locations with a focus on safe, professional service and accurate paperwork.

You will perform vehicle checks, maintain compliance with health and safety standards, and support warehouse tasks when not driving. Experience with multi-drop deliveries and a full UK licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence with HGV Category C, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience in multi-drop deliveries.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic IT skills and ability to complete delivery paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Transporting goods in vehicles ranging from 12T to 18T.
• Safely delivering products to customer locations with professional service.
• Performing daily vehicle and load checks and complying with safety standards.
• Completing delivery documentation and using IT systems.
• Building strong customer relationships and representing the company positively.
• Supporting warehouse operations when not on driving duties.
