Job summary

HireGiant Ltd in Wolverhampton (WV10) is seeking experienced Class 2 ADR drivers for ongoing, stable work with a reputable operator in the environmental and waste management sector. Duties include collecting and delivering waste materials, including old fridges, freezers, paint, and hazardous waste, and driving Class 2 vehicles with potential to assist on Class 1 duties.

Shifts typically 10–12 hours starting around 06:00. PAYE rates of £19.00–£20.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 Licence required.
• ADR Licence required.
• CPC & Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Experience driving Class 1 vehicles preferred.
• Willingness to perform mixed Class 1/Class 2 work.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and delivering waste materials including old fridges, freezers, paint, and hazardous waste.
• Driving Class 2 vehicles with potential to assist on Class 1 work when required.
• Completing collections and deliveries across the Midlands and surrounding areas.
• Ensuring ADR regulations and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Completing paperwork, waste transfer notes, and PODs accurately.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
• Representing the company professionally at customer sites.

Class 2 ADR Drivers

for a well-established company based in Wolverhampton (WV10) . This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ADR drivers looking for stable, ongoing work with a reputable operator in the environmental and waste management sector.

As a Class 2 ADR Driver , your duties will include:

• Collecting and delivering waste materials including old fridges, freezers, paint, and hazardous waste
• Driving Class 2 vehicles , with potential to assist on Class 1 work where required (if qualified)
• Completing collections and deliveries across the Midlands and surrounding areas
• Ensuring all ADR regulations and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Completing paperwork, waste transfer notes, and PODs accurately
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Representing the company professionally at customer sites

Hours & Pay

• Start times typically around 06:00am
• Shifts generally 10-12 hours

Requirements

• To be considered for this Class 2 ADR Driver role, you must have:Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• ADR Licence (essential)
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Experience driving Class 1 vehicles
• Willingness to carry out mixed Class 1 / Class 2 duties if required
• Maximum 6 points on licence (no DR, DD, or IN)
• Safety boots and hi-vis vest
• A professional, reliable attitude
