Job summary

Rapier Employment is recruiting HGV 2 Drivers for a leading operation in Northampton (NN4). Immediate starts, regular work and a temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks, subject to performance and compliance.

Shifts start early (04:00–08:00) with a 5 on/3 off pattern; average 9–10 hour shifts. Duties include multi-drop deliveries to retail stores, cage and pallet handling, and safe, timely deliveries. Applicants require a valid HGV 2 licence and CPC card.

Qualifications

• Licence held for a minimum of 6 months.
• Minimum 3 months HGV 2 experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum 6 points on licence.
• No DR, DD or IN endorsements.

Responsibilities

• 4-6 multi-drop deliveries per shift.
• Retail store deliveries.
• Cage and pallet work.
• Safe and timely deliveries.
