Job summary

Accelerate Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for an HGV 2 Driver in the Norwich area for day work. This role involves heavy lifting and will be working as part of a 2-man crew.

You will assist with loading and unloading large goods, so a very good level of physical fitness is essential. You will also be required to ensure safe, reliable deliveries and collections, communicate with our client’s transport team, and maintain a professional appearance.

Accelerate Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client for a HGV 2 Driver in the Norwich area for day work.

This role involves heavy lifting and will be working as part of a 2-man crew. As part of your duties, you will assist with loading and unloading large goods, so a very good level of physical fitness is essential.

As a driver for this role, you will be expected to provide a safe, reliable and effective delivery and collection service on behalf of our client and their customers, working in a professional manner at all times.

You will also be required to ensure accurate communication with our clients transport team where required and to ensure good self-presentation whilst representing our client.

We work closely with our drivers to offer flexibility and accommodate hours and shifts to suit your needs.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with valid Category C licence
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid digital Tachograph Card
