Job summary

Accelerate Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced and reliable 7.5 Tonne Drivers in the Norwich area. This is a professional operation offering consistent work and a supportive team environment.

Safely load and deliver glass products, maintain accurate paperwork, and provide excellent customer service. Requires a Full UK licence with 7.5T entitlement, Driver CPC, and Tachograph card, plus a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with 7.5T entitlement.
• Driver CPC qualification card.
• Digital Tachograph card holder.
• Prior commercial driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of driver hours and road safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and secure glass products onto vehicles and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver to customers across designated routes in a timely, efficient manner.
• Provide high standards of customer service at delivery points.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and transport team.
• Complete paperwork and vehicle checks in line with requirements.

Driver Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with valid 7.5T entitlement
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong understanding of driver hours, road safety, and compliance regulations
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
