Job summary

M4 Talent Group - South East Hub is seeking a reliable HGV 2 Driver to join a busy customer delivery operation based in Yate on a temporary to permanent basis. You will safely deliver goods, work with a 2-person crew, and contribute to a high standard of customer service.

The role offers a temp-to-perm pathway, with regular Monday to Friday hours and potential overtime. A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential to succeed in this team.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK HGV2 license with no more than 6 points.
• In date CPC & Tachograph cards are required.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company HGV2 vehicle to deliver goods to customers.
• Work as part of a 2 man crew.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items.
• Ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues.
• Complete delivery paperwork and records accurately.

• Driving a company HGV 2 vehicle to deliver goods to customers
• Working as part of a 2 man crew
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Carrying out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and on time
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any issues
• Completing delivery paperwork and records accurately

Requirements:

• Full UK HGV 2 driving license (no more than 6 points)
