Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence required.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Previous multidrop or delivery experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills essential.
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach.
• Comfortable with manual handling in active delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) LGV Driver to join a well-established business based in the Watford area.

You'll be responsible for making deliveries to commercial and residential sites across the local area and surrounding regions. The role involves ensuring goods are delivered safely, on time and in excellent condition, while providing a professional and friendly service to customers.

Duties Include

• Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
• Loading and securing goods safely before delivery
• Completing daily vehicle checks and required paperwork
• Ensuring all goods are delivered safely and in good condition
• Following planned delivery routes and schedules
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Working safely and in accordance with company procedures

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings
• Working hours will be confirmed by the client and may vary depending on business requirements

Requirements
