Job summary

JobsTrackR in Basingstoke is recruiting for Class 2 Refuse Drivers to join a busy waste and recycling operation. You will drive a Class 2 RCV on refuse collection routes alongside loaders, with daily vehicle checks and strict health and safety practices.

The role offers a temp to perm opportunity, ongoing work with possible permanent progression, and shifts Monday to Friday from 4:00am to 2:00pm, with pay at £17.87 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Valid CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 2 driving experience.
• Health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 RCV on refuse collection routes.
• Working alongside loaders to complete collections.
• Residential and commercial waste collections.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
• Following designated routes and safety procedures.
• Supporting the loading team when required.
