Job summary

Rapier is seeking experienced Class 1 or Class 2 HGV Drivers for a well-established operation based in Wellingborough. This temp-to-perm role offers competitive pay, regular overtime, and a supportive transport team.

Payrate is £22 per hour + Holiday pay. A 5-day paid induction with full training is provided, and there are opportunities to work across our wider network if required. Stable, long-term work with a respected employer awaits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence required.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Reliability, professionalism and safety focus.
• Good communication and positive attitude.
• Multi-drop experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 1 or Class 2 vehicle.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries using cages.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete paperwork.
• Deliver excellent customer service at each delivery point.
• Work in line with company and driver compliance procedures.

What You'll Be Doing
