Job summary

Russell Taylor Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver based in Warrington for store delivery work across the UK. You will handle long-distance routes with regular shifts, maintaining professional standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• CPC and Tachograph (Tacho) card holder required.
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR/IN/DD).
• Excellent timekeeping and professional attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stock to stores across the UK.
• Occasional self-tip work (training and equipment provided).
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep vehicle clean.
• Adhere to health, safety and driving regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records.

Job Description: We're looking for a professional and reliable HGV Class 1 Driver for store delivery work based out of Warrington. The role involves transporting goods to distribution centres, with occasional self-tipping all necessary equipment will be provided. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent hours, good conditions, and fair pay, including bonuses for night work and nights out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering stock to stores across the UK
• Some self-tip work (training and equipment provided)
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Follow all health & safety and driving regulations
• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records

Pay rates:

• £19.05ph Monday to Friday
• £20.17ph Saturday
• £21.23ph Sunday
• Holidays can also be accrued separately

Requirements:

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid CPC & Tacho card
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience preferred
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, IN or DD convictions)
• Good timekeeping and professional attitude
