Job summary

CDI - Russell Taylor is looking for a professional HGV Class 1 Driver for store delivery work based out of Warrington. The role involves transporting goods to distribution centres across the UK, with training and equipment provided for self-tip work.

We offer regular shifts, ongoing long-term work, a supportive team, and benefits including a company pension and parking. Start date is immediate with a 12-week contract focus and temp-to-perm possibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid CPC & Tachograph card.
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR/IN/DD convictions).
• Good timekeeping and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stock to stores across the UK.
• Some self-tip work (training and equipment provided).
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow health & safety and driving regulations.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records.
