Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead architectural delivery of a Shell & Core refurbishment and redevelopment on a Grade II listed building in Cambridge. You will guide the project from design development through technical delivery and construction, collaborating with the client, conservation officer, consultants and contractors.

The role demands strong architectural leadership, excellent technical knowledge, and a proven ability to work within heritage

Qualifications

• Experience leading architectural delivery on Shell & Core or listed building projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to work within heritage constraints.
• Proven leadership coordinating design teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and review of technical and construction information.
• Coordinate interfaces between structure, façade, services and fit-out.
• Own the architectural package and ensure quality, programme and budget targets.
