Job summary

Next Energy is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead retrofit and energy-improvement projects across multiple UK sites. You will ensure safe, high-quality delivery, coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors while maintaining strong stakeholder communications and site documentation.

You will bring proven site management experience in retrofit or energy efficiency projects, a solid H&S background, and strong leadership to oversee project timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in retrofit or energy projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate trades and manage site logistics.
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation and SHDF/LAD/ECO programmes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams.
• Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and site logistics.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance.
• Maintain site records and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with residents, customer liaison teams and stakeholders.
